Built and iterated lapsed customer flows with segmentation by customer value tiers. Planned and supported BFCM strategy using performance benchmarks and a tight campaign structure (3 sends: launch, Cyber Monday, final reminder). Based in Vancouver, BC. My approach to every project starts with the data — what it’s telling you, what it isn’t, and what decisions it should be driving. I’ve been working with AI tools since ChatGPT changed the conversation in 2022. The pace hasn’t slowed down, which is why I focus on building adaptable habits and judgment rather than prescribing specific tools that may look completely different in six months. Outside of work: my passions include golf, hockey, and fitness. Competitive by nature, whether it’s a sport or a problem worth solving.
